• By using the CareerSmartz program, you acknowledge and agree that the CareerSmartz program is solely owned and copyrighted by James C. Gonyea, the author, and that all rights and privileges belong exclusively to the author.
  
  
• You are granted permission to use the CareerSmartz materials only for your own personal use and may, if you wish, make printed copies for your personal use.
  
  
• If you wish to use CareerSmartz with students or clients that you serve in a professional capacity, you must first gain written permission to do so from the author.  Use the Contact Me form to request permission.  Permission is typically granted to all career guidance professionals.

• You may not sell or exchange for any form of compensation any or all of the contents of the CareerSmartz program to anyone without prior written permission from the copyright owner.

• You may not incorporate any part of or all of the CareerSmartz program into any other system, electronic, printed, or otherwise without the prior written permission of the copyright owner.
  
  
• You may not edit the CareerSmartz program materials including the addition of your own information or the changing or deletion of existing information.
